None of the Council members have property in lakewood. Maybe one of them drove past lakewood or had lunch in lakewood. I would be willing to bet that Toffler has driven past lakewood on the GSP

Once again teaneck residents are duped by the infamous ethical misses toffler-
the real truth is toffler got rid of helene because she couldnt control helene.
After just a couple days of broughton being manager toffler realized the broughton is no ones puppet either. So what better way to destroy a mans reputation and embaress the entire council than claim process. Ask any council member about the tensions between toffler and the former manager or the current manager and they will confirm this fact. This is not good government by toffler this is dirty politics.

Completely ignorant and malicious. To begin, Ms. Toffler raised her concerns before Mr. Broughton had been sworn in, much less served "a couple days" of "being mananger."
