Here's a link to an article that many of you may have missed as it is published online at the Cliffview Pilot, a site, not unlike this one, that is dedicated largely to local issues in Cliffside Park. According to the article, officials with the New Jersey Police Chiefs Association and two police unions are displeased that the Council members have agreed to rehire Chief Robert Wilson under a special contract as wasteful and unfair to civil servants. Labor relations in Teaneck is not my bailiwick, so others will have to provide color commentary as to the possible implications.
